Marshall Point Light is a wonderful place to take a picnic lunch and watch the lobster boats passing through to Port Clyde. It's one of my favorite places in Maine. The lighthouse is usually shown from the other side near the parking area, but this is the one with the lupine! Take the nature walk from the parking lot and follow the path around out back. And yes, this is also known as the Forrest Gump lighthouse.
