Meet Beth

I paint the heart of what makes Maine unforgettable, helping you stay connected to the places you love.

Behind the Brush

Meet Beth

I'm a full-time watercolor artist, based in Southern Maine. I've been painting professionally for more than 25 years.

My inspiration comes from exploring Maine's scenic drives, coastal trails, lighthouses, and gardens. I'm always looking for the road less traveled. I paint primarily from my own reference photographs, which enables me to capture and recreate that perfect moment.

As a Christian, my faith shapes the way I see the natural world. I feel most allive when I'm outside, awed by the beauty around me. Each painting is an opportunity to praise the Lord and celebrate His magnificent work of creation. I'm honored to share this with you.

Acadia Adventures

Growing up in Ellsworth, Acadia was right in my backyard. My best friend and I were always looking for adventure, another trail to explore or mountain to conquer. Jordan Pond and the Bubbles will always be near and dear to my heart.

Beyond the Studio

Fun Facts

When I'm not painting, you'll usually find me exploring a hidden gem in the Midcoast, looking for sea glass, birding, or searching for the perfect lobster roll. Every adventure provides inspiration for a future painting!
