Processing Time

All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Methods

Original paintings are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Prints are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

If USPS does not deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate an alternative carrier.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, although delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

All materials that come into direct contact with your artwork are acid-free and archival quality.

Original paintings are sealed in a protective sleeve and secured between sturdy foam boards inside a shipping box.

Prints are protected in an archival sleeve. Smaller prints ship flat in a rigid mailer or box, while larger prints are carefully rolled in a sturdy shipping tube. Orders containing multiple print sizes may arrive in separate packages.

Sustainability

Whenever possible, packaging materials are sourced from U.S. manufacturers and are recyclable. The foam boards used to protect original paintings are not typically recyclable but can often be reused for storage, crafts, or future shipping needs.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please check the tracking information first. Carrier tracking updates can occasionally be delayed, especially during holidays or severe weather.
