This original painting was inspired by the colors all around the cove. The blues, greens, and purples here are so vibrant and true to life. They blend perfectly in the water as your eye moves toward Door Mountain. For perspective, Route 3 is just beyond the treeline and Bar Harbor is 5-6 minutes to the right.

If you've driven the entire way through Acadia on the Park Loop Road, you've crossed this exact spot and probably stopped for a photo op. You're standing on the Otter Cove Bridge with the pink granite bridge.
