Why You'll Love It
Watercolor print of Ocean Drive captures the iconic pink granite coastline along the Park Loop Road in Acadia National Park.
My original watercolor was inspired by the layers of rocks lining the shore all the way to Sand Beach in the distance. If you look carefully, you can see the granite coping stones lining the Park Loop Road like tiny teeth just below The Beehive. I had fun painting this! I really love how it turned out.
Ocean Drive is one of the most popular areas around Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. It's about a 2.2 mile walk from Sand Beach to Otter Cliff (one way).
This Ocean Drive print would be a wonderful gift for anyone who loves Acadia. Pair with Otter Cliff, Sand Beach Surf, or Great Head prints for a fun Acadia-inspired gallery wall.
