Why You'll Love It
Watercolor print of Goose Falls captures the water rushing over submerged rocks at Goose Falls in Harborside, turning white with foam before transitioning to smooth, deep blue water beyond.
Goose Pond and the tidal waterfall sit next to Holbrook Island Sanctuary State Park on Cape Rosier, one of my favorite places in Maine. I timed my visit carefully to get the light and tide exactly right. If you visit, aim for high tide when the falls are really active. Even better in June when the lupine is blooming along the road.
This is one of my best sellers, and easy to see why. The vibrant blues and greens instantly add color and life to any room. A wonderful gift for anyone who loves Cape Rosier or the quiet beauty of the Blue Hill Peninsula.
