All art is ready to ship within 1-3 business days.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship throughout the US and Canada. If you are in another country, please contact us to check availability and a shipping estimate.
Shipping Methods
Original paintings ship USPS Priority mail with additional insurance.
Prints are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail.
Upgrades are available at checkout.
If USPS does not deliver to your address, please let us know and we will use UPS if possible.
Delivery Estimates
Orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days for US addresses, but this is not guaranteed.
An easy tracking email will let you know when your art will arrive.
Packaging
Paintings are protected in a clear protective sleeve. This is sandwiched between very heavy foam boards within a cardboard box.
Prints are preserved in a clear, protective poly sleeve. Smaller prints include an acid-free backing board and ship flat in a rigid mailer or box. 9×13.5″ and larger prints are rolled in a sturdy square shipping tube to keep them safe in transit. If you buy a combination of sizes, they may ship separately.
Note that everything that touches the art is acid-free and archival.
Sustainability: All packaging materials are made in the USA and recyclable. The only exception to the recycling are the foam boards that support the paintings in transit, but you can easily repurpose these.
Delayed Packages
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking number. Sometimes USPS doesn’t update the tracking or holidays can cause delays. Please contact us for help if you have any issues.
