If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days.  After this, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return made through Beth Whitney Studio, please email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

In all cases, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund if the items are returned used or unsellable.

If any item(s) in your order arrived damaged, please include photos and a brief explanation of the issue.  We will work with you on the best options for replacement or refunds.  

Gift cards, sale items, and downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also confirm the approval or rejection of your refund, minus any applicable shipping costs or restocking fees.  

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within the timeframe determined by your banking institution.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your return tracking number to see whether we have received your package. Next, contact your credit card company and your bank as processing times vary.  It may take up to 10 days before a refund posts.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


We do not offer exchanges, but we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.  

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
